Privacy
ShaderWeave uses account information to provide its creative studio, rendering API, saved recipes, exports, and billing. For privacy questions or an account-data deletion request, contact [email protected].
Account and workspace data
When you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your account identifier, name, email address, and profile image when provided. We store authentication records and use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in. Google sign-in does not request access to your Gmail or Drive; GitHub sign-in does not request repository access.
We store saved recipes, API-key records, rendering jobs and their results, usage, credit balances, and billing identifiers so the service can operate. Rendered job downloads expire after seven days and may expire sooner if output storage reaches its limit. Account and billing records remain until removed under a deletion request, subject to records needed to resolve payments, disputes, abuse, or legal obligations.
Service providers
Cloudflare delivers and protects website traffic and may process connection information such as your IP address. Google or GitHub handles your chosen sign-in method. Stripe processes payments and payment-method information through its hosted checkout and customer portal; ShaderWeave does not store your full card number. We use IP addresses for request limits and security. Operational backups protect stored application data.
These providers process information under their own privacy policies: Cloudflare, Google, GitHub, and Stripe.
Your choices
You can revoke API keys in your account and manage an active subscription through the billing portal. You can also revoke ShaderWeave access in your Google or GitHub settings. Revoking sign-in access does not by itself cancel a paid subscription; use the billing portal or contact us for help.
